Gabe started his Strength and Conditioning Career at Virginia Tech in 2003 at Virginia Tech (Rated one of the top 10 Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Programs in the Country) under the tutelage of Master Strength and Conditioning Coach Mike Gentry. During his career there, he had the opportunity to work with the Nationally Ranked Football Teams, ACC basketball team, and a variety of other high level D1 sports. In addition to his Virginia Tech Experience, Gabe has worked with the popular website EXRX.net, presented Strength and Conditioning Science at numerous conferences, and worked with the NDBL’s Roanoke Dazzle and the nationally ranked Blacksburg High School Soccer Team as their Head Strength Coach.
In addition to his Strength and Conditioning experience, Gabe comes from a diverse background involving Strongman, Powerlifting, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitions as well as a professional MMA career. Gabe has used these experiences as an athlete himself to further enhance the performance of his athletes. Whether it be wrestling, football, soccer, hockey, baseball or any other sport, Gabe’s extensive knowledge and his desire and commitment to staying on top of the latest research gives his athletes the competitive edge needed to dominate the competition.
